Corrections especially welcome. If a figure on this site does not match the manufacturer's current documentation, we want to know.

Sump & Seal is published by MadGrey LLC. We are an online publication with no storefront and no phone line, so email and the form below are the two ways to reach us.

What we can help with

  • Corrections. A specification that does not match the manufacturer, a dead link, a product that is no longer sold. Send the page and what you found.
  • Gaps. A question this site should answer and does not. These suggestions genuinely shape what gets written next.
  • Press and partnership enquiries. Note that we do not accept paid placements or sponsored posts — see the editorial policy.

What we cannot help with

We are a publication, not a contractor, and there are three things we have to decline:

  • Diagnosing your specific basement remotely. Water problems depend on details nobody can see from an email. The guides are written to help you work through it yourself.
  • Emergencies. If water is rising now, the right call is a local plumber or restoration contractor. Start with basement flooded: what to do, and deal with the electricity before anything else.
  • Structural or electrical advice. A bowing wall or a repeatedly tripping breaker needs a licensed professional who can see it.
